I just want all you pallet lovers to know that in the solar industry, we are just dumping piles and piles of pallets. And now that we are installing these larger modules. The pallets are now 45 1/2” x 95 1/2 inches.
That’s massive.

Try to make a friend with a solar guy company dude and try to get their trash pallets. They are some of the best out there. Solar panels must be shipped on rigid pallets that’s why they make these stronger than normal.

Coming from a professional carpenter here. Ive been woodworking for over a decade now. Ive seen a lot of things on youtube. But taking on that top using the pallet strips....Its insanity. Truly a crazy undertaking. How tedious that is and the whiskey plank situation....how much time that whole process would take to be perfect, GEEEZE! Just the milling and glue up for those strips would be a nightmare. That top is the painting and you've created a masterpiece of it.
