Just wanted to say that I appreciate that you educate about all of this as "fertility" not "infertility." It creates a more positive expectation. As someone who is new to TTC, when looking to learn more so much of the information is under the banner of "infertility" which caused a lot of unnecessary fear/concern early on.

Diagnosis with adenomyosis opt to take bc pills. Pain lessened, but have spotting after periods. Still clotting but not as big. Spotting is constant, bloating is often. I’m also anemic and premenopausal. Should I be worried that taking bc my cause the adenomyosis worse? I’m 48 in age

Can you talk about cervical stenosis? Do you see it often? I've never heard of it on any fertility channels so it's been hard to find other stories like mine. My Dr. found how blocked my cervix was during a laparoscopy, dilatated it, and I got pregnant 2 weeks later without even trying, when we had been TTC for 1.5 years. Horribly, I had a missed miscarriage at 8 weeks and we found out post D&C that the embryo was genetically normal. Wondering if maybe I got pregnant too soon after laparoscopy and the embryo didn't implant well. But I would love to hear anything you have to say about cervical stenosis how it impacts fertility (even though I was getting normal periods) and treatment plans. I can't thank you enough for this channel! All of my fertility knowledge has come from you and I've been able to make informed decisions because of it and ask educated questions to my Dr.

I just went through an IUI a couple months ago. I ended up having a very bad episode of anger and rage after taking the HCG ovidrel shot. I've always had an issue with PMDD and have been on Prozac to treat it. My fertility doctor won't treat me anymore because they think it's an underlying mental issue and said I won't deal well with being pregnant if this is the case and said I must deal with the underlying issue first and go to therapy. They said they have never have anyone in their practice with these side effects. However, I have read many other women who have the same side effect while taking fertility drugs and also while being pregnant in general. How do I differentiate what's a "normal" side effect from fertility drugs and what is indicative of another underlying issue? I'm nearing 36 and don't have much time to figure this out.

Can you explain taking melatonin to help with uterine lining? Should it be taken every night of the cycle or just in the luteal phase?

can you talk about septated uteruses? My husband and I have been TTC for awhile now, and I got an HSG a few months ago that showed I have a septated uterus. After discuss with my doc she wasn't concerned at all. Her words "I've been looking at your uterus for 4 years now, I would've seen it it if I thought it was an issue". Could this possibly be the reason my husband and I haven't been able to conceive?

Could you talk about listeriosis? My ob made a pretty big deal about all meat needing to be 1. Well cooked 2. Steaming. I don't understand the steaming part... Can listeria spontaneously grow on a piece of meat that has cooled down after cooking? Are leftovers safe? Love your videos ❤️

1. Does fibroid affect the monthly cycle and disrupt the estrogen levels? My Gyn informed me it does as I had early menstruation about 15 days for the first time ever and usg showed a fibroid. I have now been prescribed meds to try reduce the size before surgery could be considered.
2. Does IBS/IBD affect fertility as well? It certainly has malabsorption of nutrients.
