A game rated "PEGI 3" is appropriate for all players. It doesn't contain anything that is unsuitable for any age group. Some violence in a comical text (typically cartoon-like - Bugs Bunny or Tom & Jerry - forms of violence) is acceptable. The game should not contain any scenes, images or sounds that could potentially scare a young child. No bad language is to be heard.
