He can use the the court of appeal judgement and sue Adom Kyei 30 million Ghana cedis for false imprisonment and malicious prosecution. classical example is Osarfo Anthony vs Asamoah Gyan, where Asamoah Gyan let police arrest Osarfo Anthony that he was blackmailing him but court acquitted and discharged Osarfo Anthony of any wrongdoing
Insulting someone is civil case not criminal case
Adom Kyei could have sue Sean for defamation and demand compensation
