I find it incredible that lawyers do not directly study the constitution in college. It seems to me that passing the Bar exam would require knowing the constitution inside and out. Education has fallen a long way in this country.

To keep and bare ARMS. Not just fireARMS, but ALL arms.
The only mitigating circumstances should be, can I afford to buy/build these "Arms", and that they are for self PROTECTION.

So here is my question ... all those young guys, who were standing on the street corner of
(fill in the blank with any large urban area) and got patted-down, handcuffed, arrested,
convicted, for having a CONSTITUTIONALLY protected weapon and are now 'doing-hard-time'
for breaking UNCONSTITUTIONAL Laws ... when will they be FREED ?

It sounds like Cody and I had the same Constitutional law class! I took 2 semesters as an undergraduate in Con Law and nowhere in the books that I used for the classes was the Constitution laid out. In my professors defense she did teach from the Constitution and the Federalist and anti-federalist papers as well

Tucker Carlson: "Do you know what a barrel shroud is?"
Rep. Carolyn McCarthy: "I don't really know... I think it's the shoulder thing that goes up."
Tucker: "No, it's not."

Strongly disagree with saying judges just don’t understand. They’re mostly getting it wrong on purpose.

So the “senior attorney” seems quite young. Hopefully that “360 days with doj” gave him significant experience while working for a treasonous department of “Justice” as they’ve proved themselves to be here lately.

Good chat guys... so here's my take from our present situation with the WH, Federal alphabet agencies and the 2A in particular.... it's truly chaps my butt that all these entities seem to not care about the rights of the people as it's laid out in the Constitution but the fact that for example that Congress is NOT keeping these entities in check and stripping their perceived power... I believe that Congress is happy to "look the other way" to allow them to wash their hands of what the likes of the FBI and ATF are doing through chevron deference.. it has to STOP... Congress writes law NOT the federal agencies... they should have no scope to effectively change laws yo suit unconstitutional policy...

Appreciate all the work y'all do, but the videos are so quiet. I actually cant hear a word out of Craig's mouth from a phone speaker on max volume lol

Here is my thinking: the United States Constitution and the Bill of Rights which is part of the Constitution is a contract. We should be forcing this from a contract law point of view. One of the terms of the contract is the Second Amendment which forbids any form of infringement. We need to enforce the terms of the contract. There can be no restrictions on the keeping and bearing of arms. It is a natural and pre-existing right and government is forbidden from any form of infringement upon it. All gun control is unconstitutional. That means the gun control Act of 1968, the National Firearms Act of 1934 and all of the state gun control laws and city and county ordinances are all unconstitutional. As for red flag laws, not only did they buy like the second amendment, the 5th and 14th amendments with respect to Due process, they also violate the prohibitions on passing any bill of attainder of the Article 1 Section 9 Clause 3 with respect to the federal government and Article 1 Section 10 Clause 1 with respect to the states.
