Finally, official fanfare of this new logo intro was released.

Honestly, this is a very worthy successor to the 1998 fanfare. It’s like the 2012 version of the Universal fanfare. It’s differently composed, but still the same theme we all know and love!

This is a logo that genuinely makes me question which one I'd like more. I mean, I like the golden sets and the old piano from the original as well as the colors, but the sun in this one and the way the strings swell and how grand it sounds at the end makes it a very worthy successor. It's not like other brand changes that felt unnecessary, this feels like it was done out of passion for the legacy, but still providing an update.

Great arrangement and imagery. I just have two questions:

1) How many people realize the fanfare is based on the chorus of "As Time Goes By, " the song made famous in CASABLANCA, one of Warner's most iconic classic films?

2) If the image we see of the backlot is supposed to be a reflection in the metal of the logo, how come the logo and text on the water tower don't appear backwards, as they would in an actual reflection?
