Hi sir, I have a question regarding Weak and strong inversion. I heard sometimes ago that we usually want to build Differential pair in weak inversion (subtreshold) and Current miror in strong inversion for better matching. So for example when designing an opamp, let say the well know 5T OTA, Is it common to design the differential pair in weak while the current miror in strong inversion ? If we target good matching ?

Hi Sir thanks for your lectures.
A humble request if you can consider for future topics is gm/Id method of designing Opamps. It will be good to have a folded cascode designed with the aforesaid methodology. Today we lack consolidated material with design example on gm/Id. Thanks
