I've been an addict for over 10 years. The best thing I ever did was sign my rights away and allow good families to adopt them since I was too stubborn/stupid to get sober. I am 7 months clean now and I'm so blessed to get to see my kids I may not be mom but God used my addiction to help others grow their families. I'm so blessed I had enough sense to not put my kids through my addiction with me.

Her admitting she did drugs is reason enough to get emergancy custody of her chikd, she also shows clear signs of being emotionally unstable, another reason to take the kid and get her into a hospital

In the last clip, I'm wondering if this family hasn't already had a history with CPS. Normally, not having kids in proper restraints would just be a citation. To take the kids into protective custody and arrest the adult is not the usual response for something like this.
