Space Engineers - How to use Projectors

In Space Engineers you can use projectors to easily build blueprints of your ships. In this video learn how to use these projectors to replicate your ships.

To copy an existing ship press Control and B together. You can then use a projector to display this blueprint and use with a merge block to disconnect it more easily.

When using a projector, the projector must be touching a block from the projected ship in order to start welding. I often use either a merge block or simple light armor block to begin the welding process.

Good tutorial. Thanks for posting. This stuff is pretty confusing for a new player.

Make your hud transparent, then use an Antenna, remote control connect to the projector through the remote control panel.

Just add a cockpit. Use assigned keys to adjust. Can see better anyway.

I can't believe the devs fucked the dog so bad that it's this complicated to semi-automate ship construction.

What a gibbering ever heard of editing and/or preplanning and rehearsal?
