When i set the ball behaviour as bounce off solids, and click on preview, ball doesnt move ...but if i remove the behaviour, ball moves what should i do ?

you probably could have just bound your ball to the layout to prevent out of bounds. and created one object underneath platform for it to overlap with and destroy object.
