Join us for THE BEST DAY IN LONGYEARBYEN! We fly to SVALBARD and check into Maryann's Polarrigg. Then we explore town, get dinner at Kroa, and go on some easy hikes in Longyearbyen!
On this episode of Mapping It, we're heading to SVALBARD! We fly from Tromsø to Longyearbyen on Norwegian Airlines. When we land, we take the Flybussen into Longyearbyen to our hotel: Maryann's Polarrigg. After dropping our luggage at our hotel, we head into town and see some adorable SVALBARD REINDEER! We head back to the hotel to check in, then share THE BEST HOTEL TOUR IN LONGYEARBYEN! In the afternoon we visit SVALBARD MUSEUM, get dinner at KROA Restaurant, go GROCERY SHOPPING IN LONGYEARBYEN SVALBARD, and go on some EASY HIKES IN LONGYEARBYEN! We end our day under the MIDNIGHT SUN at SVALBARD CHURCH.
