Many of us are getting sicknesses and disabilities yet we need to keep our faith that it is not punishment but is often a test of our faith and witness so rejoice that he able to to keep us

I know a wife married to a horrible guy and yet sticks it out. I know her because I married her! My grandfather joined a cult when my dad was born and grandmother was pregnant with her 5th boy. He moved the family to colorado springs (brotherhood of the white temple, still there today). Grandmother didnt want her kids around it so she left him and moved back on farm homestead in Wisconsin where she and her two sisters raised the 5 boys, surrounding them with godly men at church. She never remarried. I remember sitting with her one evening and she got a letter informing her Bill had died. She chuckled and said to me, well I guess I can remarry now. She was 89, had a good laugh at that. She died in 2018 in her mid 90s. She couldnt wait to be with the Lord. We spoke of this often. She is the most remarkable woman I have ever met. Deep faith and love for the Lord. She was an english teacher in the small wisconsin town and because of her faith, many in the town came to know the Lord. Small towns are notorious for alcohol, but all the kids growing up knew they would be safe and cared for at our farm. There were too many testimonies at her funeral we ended up having to cut them off. I can't wait to see her again in the rapture. So many great memories. They never had much, kids likely have scars, but they always had love which Grandma was always quick to point out was solely by the grace of Jesus. My dad went on to tour the world with billy graham and remains in full time music ministry to this day. My other uncle was the president of christian camping international for many years, Bob Kobielush. My other uncle was the president of the gospel music association and produced the dove awards. My other uncle who recently passed loved the Lord and impacted those around him simply through the joy he had in knowing and growing in Christ. All these boys are fruit of grace and the faith of that woman who never remarried.
