The company has changed significantly, I have had very little experience with the current team and it has not been good, and they have alienated several friends using their product. I recommend avoiding their business for the time being and seek more affordable and personal guitar-building experiences. This does NOT change my opinion on the playability of my custom guitar, which is quite great.
