Outlet Malls like that where popular about 1990-2000 in US, many where built away from cities along motorway. most of them have died out or closed down . Some in big city area are stillopen.

In my town, Savannah, Georgia, USA, the outlet mall is right by the airport, just off the Interstate. Lots of nearby restaurants.

Unimaginable in 1990. I recall in ~1990 Russian Farmers visiting Iowa, USA. they where video taping at the Grocery Store Meat counter (Beef, Pork, Chicken, etc). Spoke a bit with the Russian Farmers and marketing people. They didn't believe, until they saw, the availability of Meat and the US type Grocery store. 32 years ago.

Those animals are too cramped, it wouldn't be allowed here in the UK. Animal pens have a legal minimum size depending on animal and number.
