Panthers CEO receives death threat

Penrith Panthers CEO Brian Fletcher has received a death threat after discovering a package at his Panthers Leagues Club.

The package also came with a note saying, “I’m a serial killer, rest in peace”.

Police tracked down the sender but revealed he had already taken his own life.
