Twin Katni WDG-3A at Lakhimpur Kheri

These two WDG-3A (Loco #13205//#13131) from Katni showed up on December 31, 2018 with a BOBYN rake full of ballast which was promptly deposited at Lakhimpur itself. The locos eventually attached themselves on the other end of the rake and departed towards Sitapur.
