See you at WTAC this year! Only problem with logging to the ECU is no GPS position :(

The car is now logging about 27 channels of data, from the PS1000 and VNet sensors as well as getting a Smartwire installed.

Hey guys, could you PLEEEAAASE put together a video(Tech Tuesday?) explaining what 'horsepower' is(being a function of work over time) and how it RELATES to torque? Maybe using a dyno to help illustrate this?

It just drives me NUTS when people use the old school uninformed sayings like "horsepower is how fast you get to the wall - torque is how far you push the wall" and the like, not understanding that 'horsepower' essentially IS torque; but, while I can explain this using the horsepower equation and what not, for the life of me I can't do it without writing out a novel LOL.

Anyone, instead of arguing with people or typing WAY too much trying to explain it, it would be AMAZING if I had a Haltech video to link to instead. Besides, I think a lot of channel followers could learn from this(why in the world is 'horsepower' so misunderstood by practically the entire gearhead world??? That really needs fixing!) - and I'm pretty sure Tuning Fork himself could explain this much more succinctly than I can!

...obviously, I have issues with brevity... LOL

I would love to fit a digital dash to my 1994 Toyota Carina, but wouldn't have a clue where to start :(

Do y’all offer a setup to data log a mechanical engine with no electronic engine controls?
