Banana liqueur: creamy and really easy to prepare!

If you love bananas, this liqueur is a must-try!
 
INGREDIENTS
 200g bananas
 200ml alcohol
 350ml milk
 150g sugar
 
METHOD

Peel the banana, cut it into medium-sized pieces and place it in a glass jar. Add alcohol and let it rest for 7 days.
Pour milk and sugar into a saucepan. Mix very well.
Remove the bananas from the liquid, and use a strainer to crush them, then add the alcohol. Pour the milk and sugar mixture on top and mix well.

Nice variation on the banana liqueur. The Citrus zest idea is one that I can't wait to try. Wouldn't have thought to use the peel, normally I just use the fruit. Was it really bitter? Thanks for the upload.
