Find service tag or serial number of your computer using command prompt

This video will show you where to find the service tag/serial number within your device's BIOS as well as within your device's operating system.

This process will not tell your product key of your operating system. It is not related to your system model. Many user have same model laptop/computer but with different service tag. It simply tells service tag of your system which is unique.

your serial number or service tag is a important number for your operating system authentication. Also service tag is required for the warranty period verification.
