I love how the song goes soft when it talks about how she takes the people who didn't die in battle. As the lyrics say, she is the mother of the sick and unchosen, implying that she is kind to those who deserve it. She only tortures the souls of the wicked that come to her

Love the story where Frigg asks Hel to send back Baldr after he was killed.
And Hel promised to do so if every living thing (and death thing, can't remember) would weep for him.
All did but one woman (supposedly Loki in disguise) and thus Baldr had to stay in the Underworld until Ragnarök.

This song is so powerful, it moves me to tears and I can't help but sing along. I must've listened to it over a hundred times at least by now. This music video just reinforces the quality of the music and the story it tells. I really hope they do "Chain Breaker" and "Powersnake" as well, love those songs.

When I saw that my favourite song of the album got a music video, I got excited. When I saw that it's not one of the live-action ones where they larp around in a fashion unrelated to the song but a lyric video in the style of Prophecy of Ragnarök, I got ecstatic.

This is such a banger and the lead vocalist has a great warm and full sound to her voice. Perfect for this type of music.
