you uploaded a great video on netscaler networking I wanted to share earlier today and it was removed, can you reference it where i can find it please?

I heard that the zero downtime upgrade feature ISSU was introduced in ver 13.0! However, I have been administering Netscaler for the last 15 years and on an HA pair I was able by default to upgrade the pair without missing a ping. I had customer accessing their Apps while an upgrade and they did not know the change to upgrade was completed. So, I am not sure that this is a new feature.... I am just saying
