Only in America would the people who control the money supply continue to lower the rates in order to enhance a Presidents position. The problem is, what happens when your keep adjusting the rate downward if you get it to zero, you have no where to go if the economy does south! The fact is Trump promised a 4-6 percent growth in the economy under his stellar leadership and its consistently been below 3 percent.
