Thanks a lot for your lecture series. In my case also 5 factors like ( catalyst, dye, intensity, pH, solvent) and 2 responss like degradation and decolourisation. How should i write the replication values.
At Standard design 20 runs came. How and where should I take the values to fill the response column? Shall I follow the central composite design for 3D ANOVA? I'm using design expert software.
Kindly I request you to clarify my doubts.

What is the main difference between DOE and Anova methods?

Hello. I have 5 factors (pH, time, current density, agitation speed of agitation, and the concentration of the effluent) and I am trying to find out which are the most important in my response. What is the plan that I should use for this purpose? I am hesitating using definite screening design, 2^(5–1) Half-Fractional Factorial Design, or Plackett-Burman design? Should I do randomization and/or blocking. I have Minitab. How do I proceed?
