Hello I’m in grad school and I have several autistic clients who have DID. I know that trauma precludes an autism diagnosis by the APA in the US. But, my autistic clients were so severely bullied at a young age that their brain did it’s best to keep them safe. Thank you for sharing your story. I will further share it with them.
