This Winter Pattern Is About To Get Much Worse...

A major pattern shift is unfolding across the United States as we track multiple significant weather systems. An intense Arctic blast continues to grip much of the country, bringing temperatures 10-20 degrees below normal and dangerous wind chills. Lake effect snow will intensify periodically with these repeated cold surges.
A complex storm system is developing in the Gulf, which could bring widespread heavy precipitation and even the potential for ice in unusual locations. This system's evolution remains highly uncertain, with models showing various scenarios for its track and intensity. The timing and placement of this low pressure system will be crucial for determining impacts along the East Coast.
Meanwhile, the Western U.S. will see a breakdown of its warmer pattern as a frontal system approaches the coast. This changing pattern could lead to more widespread precipitation from the Northwest to the Rockies.
Stay tuned for updates as we continue to track these developing systems. Make sure to like and subscribe for the latest weather updates and forecasts.

The sudden shift from an 80 degree Christmas week to now in the 20s is absolutely insane for the south.

Can everyone still say prayers for the victims of hurricane Helene in NC, VA and here in TN that are still suffering during all this cold weather? They are strong no doubt but still need love and prayers just like our homeless communities do all over America. We here in Nashville TN thank you Ryan.

Edit: for some reason i can't comment anymore but i wanna send a big thank you to all the people out there that are doing their best to help rather it be supplies or prayers. Please remember there are others that can't afford to send anything and a prayer is all they have. So please be kind to others. Thanks again

In my 70s and out shoveling snow here in Indiana - more than 8" - more like 10". Getting it done today before temps drop and that snow turns hard as a rock. Wish me luck!

You are the only one who does not push the bounds of clicks. You are honest and straightforward, thus I recommend you and watch exclusively.

I listened to you and brought a dog house and a crap ton of rags out to my front yard for my "front porch" kitties. They have shelter. It got cold enough to freeze the milk I put out for them. In the morning, I walked out <no kitties at my door> suddenly a bunch of front porch kitties came from the direction of the dog house shelter I made for them. They repay me by being cute.

I'm a NC native, and my mom has always said if a storm comes towards us by way of Atlanta we will get walloped, she's right the vast majority of the time!

Ryan was literally sweating from working so hard last night. His work ethic and concern for others is unmatched. I love that his setup and crew are so much better than the “professionals” !!!

I’m living off grid in a wall tent just a bit north of Ryan on top of a small mountain. Stayed up most of the night to keep snow off the roofs of my portable garages and other shelter. It’s been a beautiful storm here. Got about 7 inches of snow and sleet with a thin glaze of ice. Not looking forward to the extreme cold. It’s hard to keep your feet warm on the floor of a tent. Stay safe everyone!

Holy Moly Ryan Hall! You are a powerhouse... talk about being on air all day every day when we need you! We rely on you, but you likely could use some rest. Thank you so much for what you and your team do.

As you called it for NE Arkansas on this first round, it is exactly what has happened! The snow missed, the ice missed. I will be watching for the Friday mess coming our way. Thank you sir. 💪🏻
