Also flex your muscles (I'm serious). Works very well with calves, especially if you sit.

When i was little my dog died and everyone was crying in my house, i walked through the door smiling the whole time like i had no remorse for what happened and ever since then ive always hated whenever i smile because this happens all the time, i dont know how to stop myself from smiling in serious situations. one day I started to laugh for absolutely NO reason😅 and I laugh SO MUCH😂🤣😂. That my mom started to feel tensed and a bit scared of me😵😟😫. Cause she thought maybe some kind of GOST or creepy creatures are controling me and and after hearing this I started to laugh even MORE🤣 thinking it was just a joke.
