About the no errors thing: it's a bit different here
If you're doing vanilla stuff, then your explanation is dead on.
But most of us work in libs or frameworks.
And Vue and React are pretty good at complaining and will always tell you when 'you done goofed up'.
I think it's just our distrust for our own code that allows that kind of behaviour to cultivate

My father broke his ankle so bad he saw his sole of his foot, the doctors made a bet within a year they will amputate, he was busy on his foot that movement saved his foot. If he followed the stay in bed as dr said he would have lost his foot.
