Just a correction, Logan didn't lose in last year's WrestleMania, he successfully defended the US title in a triple threat match, it was WM39 where he lost to Seth Rollins

Tbh I think Liv and Raquel should retain, Lyra and Bayley is so random and I'd rather see Bayley turn heel and reunite with Naomi, turn Liv and Raquel back to faces, as much as I love their heel runs, their turns never made sense in my eyes. Get Roxanne vs Bayley back to working and add Lyra in for her something to do, then other side programs for her with Shayna, Zoey, and maybe even Rhea Ripley, the Lyra vs Rhea match in NXT was so damn good, that'd be the good opportunity to put Lyra over.

People must have forgotten how good Cena is against guys like Cody, look at his matches with Aj, Bryan, Seth, KO ect. Obviously he's out of his prime but like you said, if this is a 3 star match it will be plenty to make it amazing.

My Predictions-
Randy calls for his opponent at WrestleMania, and it's a open challenge.
There's no music but we see a figure emerging. We see the hair, and as the camera moves down, there's a forehead, but the forehead keeps going and not end. Finally every one realised it's Great One. Randy was shocked, cz he know that today, he's gonna get the biggest forehead of his life.
Through constant back and forth, and moment of care and struggle, great one manage to dominate and be on top, and finally pinned randy. The match end with both guys looking at each other forehead and as a token of gratitude, the great one shakes his coco jumbo and advance his hand ahead for a good handshake and understanding. Randy punt kicks the cocojumbo and in process injured the forehead, taking the divas title and leaving coco jumbo behind.
