Trick to warming up a 150,

Kick when the motor is at its hardest cycle at a decent amount if power

Once it starts let it breath for about 15-25 seconds

Put choke on and let it warm up for a couple of minutes, or just feel the engine head to see how hot you want the motor to be,

Shouldnt be too hot just enough where your hand cant stay on it for only a second if not two seconds.
