solo diaries (ep 1): a saturday exploring the city by myself 🌸

Had a totally solo day in the city last weekend and decided to explore the city & enjoy my solo summer saturday by myself!!! I think there's such beauty in learning how to love your alone time & I want to work on finding confidence in doing so!!!! So I walked all around the city, grabbed a matcha, walked through an art fair, read in the park, did some sketching, ordered in food... I mean, it was a perfect day!

I am soooo guilty of not doing things when I don't have someone to do them with... but as I get older I'm trying to find the confidence to do things alone and today was the perfect day!! This vlog truly made me feel better about not being the only one who gets anxious going anywhere alone. It’s crazy how we have that mindset and I’m in therapy for it now learning how to do things by myself and knowing that it is okay and healthy. I’m actually in the process of planning my first ever solo trip & I’m pretty excited for it!
