Valentine's Day Crafts - 3D Glittered Paper Hearts Confetti Tutorial - Paper Crafts

This paper craft tutorial, I'll show you how to make a cute Valentine's Day Craft, which are these DIY 3D glittered paper heart confetti! Place in a small glass jar to create home decor or a lovely gift. :-)

HINT: Puncture a hole with a needle in the top middle part of the paper heart, and string some thread through it, to create a Valentine's Day garland, or a necklace! The more times you wrap the triangle around, the firmer the heart will be.
