195 for a 17 course fine dining experience is extremely cheap. I expected it to be at least 400+ per person.

that’s actually not too bad considering what the experience is

That baked pumpkin looks like something out of kingdom come deliverance or game of thrones

For the experience and 17 courses, that is a really really good deal

That bird head is a questionable choice but otherwise the menu looks amazing

"extremely simple" proceeds to show a fish i have never seen that was cooked in a way i never heard of and then grilled, then lemons and something i have never seen is placed on it

The amount of high and mighty comments calling this pretentious… Y’all… culinary arts is an art form. You can spend double this easily for a concert which is also an artistic experience that lasts the same amount of time. Let us be! XD

If it’s not for you, you’re totally valid! Many of us still like cheeseburgers, I swear!

This is so much cheaper than I thought (I'm a pro cook fresh from San Francisco) but that squabb looked a lil too..nature channel 😂

That’s actually a decently filling tasting menu! Like that’s a good sized meal. Usually these tasting menu type places look like they wouldn’t 100% fill you but this looks filling. Also a very nice looking menu, love the seafood theme

Drinking out of a clam shell? This is as close as I'll get to living under the sea. Thanks for actually giving me a reason to make me want to go back to visit my home city.

The price looks fair for a tasting menu and the food actually looks like food rather than some eccentric brutally minimalist idea of food

Beautiful place. They look even better than some natural high end Japanese restaurants.

Huh, so this is what natural cooking is. Never knew that ancient people had a large access to caviar.

Yeah I don't know the price yet but it's definitely $$$, on Google maps
