As the insurance costs for muscle car owners quickly escalated, Don Yenko looked to blend performance into a cheaper-to-insure package. Starting with the Chevrolet Nova, Yenko raided GM parts bin to create the Yenko Deuce. The engine selected was the 350 LT1, which was the standard engine in the redesigned Camaro Z/28 and optional in the Corvette. Rated at 360 horsepower, this engine was more than enough in this lightweight Nova package. Only 175 of the LT1-powered Yenko Deuces were produced, with the Gobi Beige shown here being the rarest of the eight exterior colors. Check out the video for more on this rare Yenko muscle car.

I have such an immense admiration for muscle cars of older generations and appreciate you guys taking the time to not only showcase the car but to also educate others !! I was wondering if you guys can also include the MPG for the cars as well? I’m looking to buy an older car for my first car. Please keep the videos going!!!! NY sends their love !

There was 25 Gobi Beige cars built, not 4. Nor was it Don Yenko's Demo car either.
