This is such a cool deck build! One suggestion I have would be adding the instant speed reanimation they added in duskmourn: live or die. Then, you can let you opponent go to end step, then bring Valgovoth back with basically no summoning sickness

I wish Say Its Name was one of those cards that was "you can have any number of this card in your deck" or maybe to fit the horror theme, "you can have up to thirteen of this card in your deck." Obviously it would need to be balanced by increasing the number you have to exile, but it would still be pretty awesome.

I was looking for some budget standard deck to do my dailies on Arena, and after getting the 3 Say It's Name + Altanak dream draft I'm happy to see you have something for it in standard! Thanks for the vid and list!

Since I didn't want to get all the Valvagoths using wildcards I added 1 Ghalta Stampede Tyrant. I would recommend giving it a try! Just got a game where I reanimated Ghalta turn 5 and dropped a Valvagoth from hand.
