I stopped brushing my teeth due to being bed ridden/mental health at times and I got a cavity and my teeth all turned yellow with loads stains, i have been prescription a higher dose of fluoride and I mix my toothpaste with milk or milk powder and when I floss I put toothpaste on the floss and go really slow...right now I'm trying to control my diet too, lay off that sugar and I have a jaw problem where its just really weak so I'm trying to not eat hard or chewy foods but I just love lamb chops, so I ask my mum yo make them softer
