We would probably left the Solar System already before our Sun dies.
I'm estimating maybe 1800-2000 years from now, that would be the year 4020, we would have the capability of gathering all humans in spaceships.
But I think even if millions of years have passed some humans will still choose to live on Earth/Mars.
