I’m tired of hearing Fred referring to himself as the ‘leader’ of the team.

So Fred, instead of continuing to claim leadership it's high time to actually lead. The pieces are back, there are no excuses. If the Raps can go minimum 6-4 these next 10 games (7-3 would be ideal) then there's a chance of turning this thing around. If not, then I don't see it happening. This is where Fred's "leadership" comes in. If Fred can finally learn to defer to and trust his teammates (this goes for Pascal as well but to a lesser extent) then getting to .500 in 10 to 12 games will be possible.

And Fred. Dude just cut it out. You still play like an all-star when you're rested. Off-ball play isn't affecting your number, nor will it jeopardize your bag. Your play jeopardizes your bag. So sit tf down when you're at 35 minutes in a game.

Wasted 3yrs on Fred already and he's just not the guy. With all the plays NN set him up for wide open shots and easy buckets every game where all our young bench players dreamed for, Fred still struggled so much, never consistent even just the regular season is unbelievable.

Fred has regressed from the Fred that made the All star team. His body is starting to betray him unfortunately. I like his mindset but the Raptors need to make a decision about Fred.
This team needs a really good back up point guard, a decent big that can defend and rebound and shooters. Can Father Christmas please help out?
