If there is only one wish per person, this would not work. That is why I have come up with a way to get more wishes with just one wish:

You can wish for a million slaves that do everything you tell them to without exception (Kinda like Mr. Meeseeks from Rick and Morty). Then you can tell them to wish something for you.
