The B-patch for 14.24 is out and the meta has had some slight changes, but overall is quite similar to how it was in 14.24. Viktor nerfs were unfortunately not strong enough to take him out of the meta, but that shouldn't be too much of a surprise given how strong his board-wide stun is.

P.S: At 22:14, I mention the "stats" on Eagle Eye. To prevent any confusion, I mean the actual stats the anomaly gives for AD compared to other AD anomalies, not "anomaly stats" which do not exist.
