Another thing is if you want to ask him out, just tell him that you're going to be out with your friends and that he should tag along.

You know when a guy plays with your feelings it's like huh?. Playing games is fun but not to the point where feelings are deep. Ygm?. That confuses me because then it just becomes a 'situationship'.
