I don't know who needs to hear this but make sure she isn't the centre of your world. I was once infatuated with a girl and genuinely never wanted to ever be away from her once we got talking but of course this is suffocating. It was so rare to bump into her so I held onto it and never wanted to let it go. Had I left the convo on a high note or got her number before going off to the gym or to a friend's party I'd have been much more likely to make her feel comfortable and maybe want to hit me up later.
