Building Inclusive Community for Faculty & Staff at Rutgers

Dr. Enobong (Anna) Branch speaks of the importance of events such as the Faculty and Staff of Color reception, and how these events help create a space where members can come together and form a community.

With over 250 people in attendance, including many senior administrators, the message of support for spaces like this was evident and the joy being created was contagious.
Initiatives like these create the conditions to attract, support, and retain staff and faculty of color.
