Summer time is the best time to clean up our canals in preparation for the rainy season. Our local gov't or Barangay should impose fines on people throwing garbage into our canals. These garbage are blocking the flow of water.

When buying a vehicle secondhand, do the following:
- ask year initially bought
- request insurance claims and records (to learn the history of the vehicle)
- ask where the original owner lives or the barangay will do just fine (so you have an idea if their area is prone to flooding)
- inspect the chassis of the vehicle (a good place to check for evidence of flood because idiot owners will not spend much or detailing and repair)
