Strangely enough, both movies were released by Disney. Kazaam was released under the Touchstone label.

In Kazaam, Max reunites with his father who steals music so he is a thief. In Aladdin and the King Of Thieves, Aladdin reunites with his father who is the king of thieves

Firemen will run into burning buildings to save you, and they are heroes. Police will catch dangerous bad guys to keep you safe, and they are heroes. Couch just jumped in front of a bullet called Kazaam, so you wouldn't have to watch it, and he's a hero.

jafar doesn't actually need the genie, where as aladdin could do nothing wiht out him, its more of an example of entitlement, someone wanting more then they need
