Even the BJP’s aggressive stance on the women’s entry into Sabarimala temple failed to translate into votes in 2021. The party even lost the only seat it had in the Kerala Assembly in 2021.

The RSS and the BJP have now come up with its Kerala game plan. The model involves creating a network of cooperative societies that will help the BJP in the long run in Kerala.
The RSS and BJP have in the past successfully used cooperatives in states like Gujarat and Maharashtra to gain political power.
