Here is what you'll need!

Serves 4

Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
½ cup seasoned breadcrumbs
½ finely minced onion
1 egg
½ tablespoon salt (for meatballs)
½ tablespoon pepper (for meatballs)
2 tablespoons canola oil
2 cups beef broth
2 cups milk
½ tablespoon salt (for sauce)
½ tablespoon pepper (for sauce)
1 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
4 cups egg noodles
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
½ cup chopped parsley

Preparation:

1. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, salt, and pepper, mixing until evenly combined. Heat the canola oil in a pot over medium-high heat. Take about a golf-ball size of the meatball mixture and roll it into balls. Place the meatballs into the pot, cooking for one minute. Flip the meatballs.
2. Add the beef broth, milk, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce and give it a stir. Bring the liquid to a boil, then add the egg noodles. Stir constantly until the pasta is cooked and the liquid has reduced to a sauce that coats the noodles, about seven to eight minutes. Add the parmesan and the parsley, stirring until the cheese is melted. Serve!

Made it today after seeing the video. Only had 2% milk so I added 6 oz sour cream at the end along with freshly grated Parmesan orregiano and parsley . Came out perfect. I didn't measure everything according to directions (salt & pepper to my liking), and used 1/4 cup onion instead of 1/2. You have to use your own judgement when cooking. If it looks like the recipe adds too much spice, use less. You can always add spice but can't remove it. The noodles took a long time to cook and I think the meatballs would be perfectly tender if you remove them after boiling for a few minutes, then cook the pasta in the liquid and add the meatballs back in prior to serving. Still very good as is! Will make again. Not sure about the nay sayers on here.

Just made this! My kids and I can’t stop eating the meatballs! So so good! Put the cranberry sauce on the stove to warm up, so delicious! Thank you for sharing!

I like how you simplify the recipe instead of going on Google and clicking those websites with ads it’s so annoying

Cant believe i only just saw this recipe today. I also made it today and it was just excellent. Couldn't fault it. I used wide papardelle so i had to keep topping the pot up with water but eventually the pasta was cooked and tasted faultless. Amazing how the meatball flavours transfer everywhere in the one pot. Gta love a one pot recipe. Thank you tasty. A quick visual is all i need to get on with it in the kitchen.

One of the best and easiest recipes I have seen recently. Looks delish. Love that fact that you didn't drain the fat from the meatballs and waste it but left it in for added flavor. Yum!

Made this tonight, but I made the pasta with my pasta maker. It was totally worth it making it with fresh noodles. (No hate on store bought noodles, love them to death! Just wanted to test out my cookin skills!)

Totally an amazing dish! Can’t wait to make it again!

Made this and it turned out well, you can substitute the milk for half of what it calls with heavy whipping cream

Just made this and oh my...so good. However, I made some adjustments. First off, I doubled the recipe to feed my huge family and it almost overflowed my three-gallon skillet. Even doubled, I cut back the salt and pepper measurements to 1/2 tsp each. I did a little more onion than called for, and cut back on the parsley. I added about a teaspoon of ground garlic and half the parm. it's delicious! I also added another egg to my meatballs because they were too dry. Thanks for the recipe guys!

I made this for supper tonight. Delish! Following other commenters here I used only 1/2 TEAspoon (not tablespoon as instructed) each of salt & pepper in both the meatballs and sauce. I may use even less next time (it's quite pepper-y.) I also didn't add the parmesan cheese (my husband hates parm.)

I'm definitely cooking this tonight, but using the advices from the comments (cutting on the salt and pepper, using butter instead of oil).

I've made this recipe twice now and I have to say, I really believe the amount of salt and pepper is supposed to be 1/2 TSP not 1/2 TBS. otherwise, it's a good recipe.
