She couldn't have said it better: No matter how good you are when you're acting in a foreign language there's always a tiny amount of effort hidden in pronouncing the words right, thinking about the words REALLY mean and so many other things, acting is not a natural process but acting in a foreign language makes it even less natural, you're always conscious of the effort that you have to make in order to make sense. Acting in a foreign language forces you to be more aware in terms of communication and language than the native speakers. I'm an actor in a foreign language myself and now I feel less alone. Thanks Kristin!

Very good film. After listening to Kristin Scott Thomas I want to put the dvd  on again!

There is such a powerful lesson in this movie about subtle manipulation. I suggest to anybody in a relationship to sit and watch it with their partner and then have a frank conversation about signs to look out for in situations similar to the movie.. It could save some hurt feelings and misunderstandings, and perhaps help to save a relationship. 2 other great movies are "A Letter To Three Wives" and the original "The Women".

It's a shame we didn't get 11 minutes on All About Eve and just a few on Ms Scott Thomas, instead of the other way around. I thought they were there to discuss the movie, and I'd have been more interested to hear what else she had to say about it. As it is, this is hardly worth posting.

I know she seems sincerely happy in doing French movies. But she was wasted there !!! She did a lot of heavy-hearted drama movies, but i feel she would have done great in US or british comedies, disney vilains, etc !! Like in Rebecca for example..!!
