My screw retained implant crown loosen 3 times even new tiny screw changed. Implant fixture is strongly bond with jaw bone

This is not totally screw retained crown, it is hybrid cemented crown use cement and screw

All of this is rediculous when all they have to do is make a moler and screw it into the gum there you have it. Who thinks of all this unnecessary stuff. Robbing people please! Smh
