There IS NO 1926 Model T Ford. Production of the Model T(actually the Model Z) ceased in 1925 according to the Ford Museum for the re-tooling of the Dearborn Plant for the Ford AA (1926 model) which was delayed over a year by the much heavier sheet metal body. Ford had to develop and install dies and stamping machines for thicker sheet metal, and there were delays in casting the all new I-4 engine of the "Model A" (actually the Model AA in Ford's nomenclature). Your Model Z may have been SOLD and titled in 1926, but it's still a 1925 Model Z you or previous owners have modified as many on U-toob are. Here in Tulsa, we used to have an annual Model T hillclimb and Concours-de-Elegance for Model T's. Yours wouldn't be allowed to be entered.

I’ve never seen a Model T steering wheel do that before! Is that a special order thing or did they all do that?

And now the Chinese have stolen the bodywork design but with smaller wheels for their all electric cars.
