Roethlisberger's relationship with the GM had him be more influential than the Head Coach. Roethlisberger wanted to have control of the destiny of others, while winning a football game became secondary. Even the Steeler's team membeeship commented like underpaid scary men. The Steeler's management don't want believe a better team can exist without Roethlisberger. If Rudolf has balled-out, the pay increase Roethlisberger's pay increases would have been very premature. At one time, Roethlisberger was being accused of alleged sexual assaults, so he is no better than Antonio Brown. When a player is so disconnected, then his result is to "defecate is his nest" while everyone watch his clean-up effort that will never end.

Chemistry and combinations.... in general.
I think players who hold the ball a longer time than others in the game can determine the game result.

They and people want to talk about QBs most often.
